Burns Family Project 365: Day 4 of 365 cont.

First a bit of frustration towards the "zumba" instructor and the class at the gym tonight... apparently "zumba" is the new workout craze so I thought I would be brave and give it a try... well with my lack of dance skill and the lack of instruction from the teacher... she barely spoke... all I did for 45 minutes was jiggle my hips in place and turn a few circles and look like an idiot! I'd like to try it again maybe but I am so disappointed. Maybe I will just stick to the "step aerobics" stuff that I know I can do! On a plus though when I picked the girls up from the kinder care at the gym Karlie kept saying "mama" until I finally picked her up! My baby loves me!!! I love those first words little babies say! So sweet.

Okay back to the fun stuff... the girls and I went to Redlands this afternoon to have a little play date with one of my very good friends Andrea and her almost 3 year old son Adam. We met at her house and walked up to the park and played then back home. It was so fun to get together with them and Makenna seemed to have a really good time... other than the cold walk back to the house! :-) Karlie didn't seem to interested in anything but me holding her but I'm okay with that cause she can't walk yet and would just eat the bark chips!

Here are a few pictures from our time at the park... and yes I did dress my daughter in her tutu to go to the park and to the gym... she looks cute in it! What fun is dress up clothes if no one gets to see you in them?
